The Department of International and Cross-Strait Legal Affairs invited Mr.Chen, former commissioner of the International Affairs Office of MJIB to give a speech on "Understanding and Supporting Legal Attache", which was received by Minister Tsai, Ching-hsiang who also expressed his gratitude to the participants. Mr. Chen not only explained the thinking and concepts of stationed abroad legal attache in promoting international cooperation but also shared his experience in negotiating and executing Mutual Legal Assistance Agreements, which was well received by the participants and was very beneficial to them.
