Prosecutor Yannick Paskamp from Verden Public Prosecutor's Office Visits the MOJ

On April 22, 2024, Prosecutors Yannick Paskamp from the Verden Prosecutor's Office, Sin-Tian Chen, and Ming-Jung Lee of the Academy for the Judiciary visited the Department of International and Cross-Strait Legal Affairs at the MOJ. They were received by Prosecutors Sylvia Yang and Yu-Hsuan Lin. The comprehensive discussions between the parties on the development and responsibilities of prosecutors in both Taiwan and Germany, along with judicial mutual assistance aimed at enhancing mutual understanding, yielded fruitful results.
